Allan Reed, USAID’s Mission Director in Bosnia

Allan Reed, USAID’s Mission Director in Bosnia, has been with USAID for more than three decades. He recently provided support to Southern Sudan during the independence referendum. While there, he reunited with a former student he met while teaching Sudanese refugees while serving in the Peace Corps in Ethiopia. His former student now serves as the Governor of a free state in Southern Sudan.
